Climate Positive Cotton
Demi's story starts at a small farm in Moree, on Kamilaroi Country in New South Wales. It's here that David and Danielle Statham founded Good Earth Cotton® - a modern regenerative farming program that minimises the global environmental footprint of cotton. Upholding world best practices, innovative farming methods are used to sequester more carbon (C02) than they emit. This results in improved soil health, biodiversity, water efficiency, and an increase in renewable energy year on year at their farm. Conscious farming, scientific analysis, and a desire to make meaningful change, results in a truly regenerative cotton fibre.
Complete Traceability
By embedding a patented luminescent pigment into the raw fibre, FibreTrace® tracks, verifies and audits Good Earth Cotton® live at each step of the global textile supply chain.
From the yarn spinner and fabric mill, to the sewing, warehousing, and Demi's arrival in store, the fibre is scanned at every stage of production. Building a detailed history of Demi's journey, FibreTrace® technology ensures every fibre that leaves and comes back to our shores is 100% Australian.
