What is involved in a Virtual Styling session?

The appointment will consist of a personalised shopping and styling session with a Commonry fit expert. It will begin with some questions on what you would like to achieve from the appointment. From there, the Stylist will show you Commonry styles tailored to your wardrobe needs.

How much does it cost to book a virtual styling appointment?

This service is complimentary so there is no cost to you.

How do I join the video call with my Stylist?

Our team will send you a link to join the a Teams video call at the time of your appointment, please make sure you allow camera and microphone access on your mobile phone or desktop device. We recommend a desktop device for optimum viewing of product.

What days and times are appointments available?

Our Stylists are available at selected stores during store hours. Select from either a 30 or 60 minute appointment and available times will be displayed.

What payment methods can be used in a session?

We use Pay By link which is a secure credit card payment. This will be emailed to you directly after your session.

I have a session booked, but need to cancel or reschedule, who do I contact?
